I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist, registered with the BACP and UKCP.
In my practice I offer a supportive space in which we can work together to nurture your sense of self, and develop a deeper understanding of the difficulties you are facing. I offer help to individuals facing a wide range of life challenges and searching for ways to identify and make the changes in life they desire. My approach focusses on exploring the way you see the world, building your understanding of how your past might be effective in your present, and discovering what it is you truly want for your self and your future.
